Kansas City International AirportR.F. Fisher Electrical Contractors
R. F. Fisher was contracted to help with the $250 Million Dollar renovation of Kansas City International Airport in 2002. R.F Fisher was to install high-voltage power, the paging system, and the complete electrical remodel for all three terminals as well. The greatest challenges to this job, were the changes that occurred during the project. As the job was beginning, the 9/11 attack occurred which meant hundreds of changes overnight for airports. In order to keep up with the change orders, R.F Fisher purchased new software that allowed all parties to keep up with changes and additions on line. R. F. Fisher’s client was impressed at how eagerly R. F. Fisher embraced new technology and implemented it into the company. R. F. Fisher managed the changes and additions while completing their portion of the project on time and on budget.
